Design Reactor paired with Google's Sales Enablement division to create an engaging and illuminating mobile app for their Americas Cutomer Solutions and Innovations (CSI) group. The business objectives focused on creating seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly application that provides users an immersive experience where they can learn and engage with materials from CSI experts.
Leveraging multiple channels such as news feeds, videos, and downloads; the end result was a highly-sophisticated application that provided touchpoints for all phases of the sales enablement cycle.
Working with Google's directives, Design Reactor created a mobile app that fostered learning and growing at critical stages for the representative: 'Learn', 'Get Informed', 'Sell', and 'Engage' ensuring that all phases of the sales cycle are met before, during and after engagement. With access to an events calendar, integrated video, multi-media modules, supporting materials and collateral, users could educate themselves on all product lines and services.
The app integrated key Google tools with access to Google Drive, real-time updates through a Google+ feed, Google Analytics, and a custom notification engine ultimately delivering a very powerful and robust Google centric mobile app.
